How do I get started?

You can move in online through our website or contact us for a direct move-in link via phone or email. Once your ID is verified and payment received, we’ll send you your gate PIN and a map showing your storage location. Just bring your own padlock, and you're good to go.

What can’t I put into storage?

Items not allowed include flammables, hazardous or perishable goods, stolen or illegal items, and anything harmful to the environment.

Do I need insurance?

Yes, we recommend insuring your goods. Most insurers will extend coverage at no extra cost—just let them know you're storing with us

How secure is my space?

Your unit is secured with your own padlock, and only you hold the key. Our facility is protected by perimeter fencing, PIN-controlled gate access, and is monitored 24/7 by security cameras.

Is there a minimum storage period?

The minimum charge is one month, but you’re welcome to store for just a day. We simply ask for 14 days' notice before moving out.

How do I pay?

Payments are made monthly in advance by direct debit from your credit card or bank account via BPay, Ezidebit, or Autopay platforms. This can be set up upon reserving a unit.
